About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Manage staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
• Monitor and control costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage required.
