About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the guest experience at our premier hospitality venues. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all guests are satisfied and that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management or similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with property management systems and software.
- Knowledge of local and state health and safety regulations.
