About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the property runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas.
• Managing staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel management software.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding hospitality businesses.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
