Talent Sourcing Partner II

About the role

Responsibilities

• Finding creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles while matching them based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Building and maintaining connections with candidates for current and future talent needs.
• Collaborating with peers and cultivating strategic business relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment; 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Pay

The base pay for this position generally is between $61,400.00 and $109,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
