About the role

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Responsibilities

• Utilize your talent acquisition expertise to source professionals for multiple business channels while consistently generating passive candidate interest.
• Find creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles while matching them based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Build and maintain connections with candidates for current and future talent needs.
• Collaborate with peers and cultivate strategic business relationships.
• Reap the rewards of a productive and innovative work environment.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and dive into market research.
• Showcase your tech savviness while taking advantage of tools, processes, and resource efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-state recruitment, including geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric-driven environment.
• Proven tech savviness with ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Bilingual is a plus, not required.
