As a Talent Sourcing Partner II, you can expect to utilize your talent acquisition expertise to source professionals for multiple business channels while consistently generating passive candidate interest.

Responsibilities

• Find creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles while matching them based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Build and maintain connections with candidates for current and future talent needs.
• Collaborate with peers and cultivate strategic business relationships.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and dive into market research.
• Showcase tech savviness while taking advantage of tools, process, and resource efficiencies.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.

Preferred

• 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric-driven environment.
• 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Bilingual is a plus, not required.
