Responsibilities
- Finding creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles while matching them based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Being a part of an engaging culture where success is rewarded, and employee recognition is prioritized.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CONNECTIONS WITH CANDIDATES FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE TALENT NEEDS.
- COLLABORATING WITH PEERS AND CULTIVATING STRATEGIC BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS.
- REAPING THE REWARDS OF A PRODUCTIVE AND INNOVATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
- STAYING UP TO DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND DIVE INTO MARKET RESEARCH.
- SHOWCasing their tech savviness while taking advantage of tools, process, and resource efficiencies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.
- Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric-driven environment; 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
