Talent Solutions Manager

- Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience.
- Educate on current market conditions.
- Drive impactful relationships with current clients while identifying future needs.
- Make critical decisions regarding talent hiring, placement, and disciplinary actions.
- Delight in delivering top-quality service to bolster client operations.
- Swiftly address talent issues or client concerns.
- Showcase your negotiation prowess in determining candidate pay rates and client bill rates.
- Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.
What You Need to Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience
- Minimum 5+ years of business experience, ideally in recruiting professional roles
- Preferably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
- Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment
- Experience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and google suite applications
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $55,608.00 - $85,134.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
