Talent Engagement Manager | Overnight Shift

About the role

Logic Staffing is seeking a Talent Engagement Manager to support and manage associate engagement and day-to-day workforce needs. This role involves providing customer service support to associates and internal stakeholders, assisting with onboarding, attendance tracking, and shift coordination, addressing associate questions and concerns, and maintaining accurate records related to workforce activity. You will partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage associate engagement and day-to-day workforce needs.
• Provide customer service support to associates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and shift coordination.
• Address associate questions, concerns, and basic issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce activity.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shift operations.

Requirements

• Prior customer service or people-facing experience.
• Basic management or team coordination experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site during assigned evening shifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
