Position: Talent Engagement Manager Location: Ontario, CA Pay: $70,000 to $72,000/year Experience: Customer service or people-facing experience. Type: Full-time Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00pm to 6:00am Logic Staffing is seeking a Talent Engagement Manager to join our team! Job Description Support and manage associate engagement and day-to-day workforce needs.Provide customer service support to associates and internal stakeholders.Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and shift coordination.Address associate questions, concerns, and basic issue resolution.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce activity.Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shift operations. Position Requirements Prior customer service or people-facing experience.Basic management or team coordination experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on-site during assigned evening shifts.Reliable attendance and punctuality.
