Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full-cycle nomination process for leadership development programs.
- Create, schedule, manage, and facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Administer onboarding and orientation materials, information, and trainings.
- Own maintenance of development program ROI by gathering data, analyzing data, and reporting on program effectiveness.
- Coordinate venue needs for training events, negotiate contracts as needed, and serve as the on-site liaison with venue staff.
- Partner with leadership to intake competency needs, and recommend solutions to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Collaborate to build, deliver, and evaluate curriculum for corporate training and development programs.
- Support in-house and virtual training programs, while coordinating additional learning initiatives delivered by external vendors.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or Human Resources (HR).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work comfortably with ambiguity.
- Incredibly strong attention to detail & editing skills for companywide announcements and presentation edits.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CoPilot.
- Experience with virtual training platforms, including Microsoft Teams (required) and WebEx.
- Able to travel periodically, including occasional multi-night travel.
