Talent Development Specialist - Distribution | St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full-cycle nomination process for leadership development programs.
  • Create, schedule, manage, and facilitate employee engagement activities.
  • Administer onboarding and orientation materials, information, and trainings.
  • Own maintenance of development program ROI by gathering data, analyzing data, and reporting on program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate venue needs for training events, negotiate contracts as needed, and serve as the on-site liaison with venue staff.
  • Partner with leadership to intake competency needs, and recommend solutions to enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Collaborate to build, deliver, and evaluate curriculum for corporate training and development programs.
  • Support in-house and virtual training programs, while coordinating additional learning initiatives delivered by external vendors.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or Human Resources (HR).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work comfortably with ambiguity.
  • Incredibly strong attention to detail & editing skills for companywide announcements and presentation edits.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal customers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CoPilot.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms, including Microsoft Teams (required) and WebEx.
  • Able to travel periodically, including occasional multi-night travel.

Qualifications
