Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
