Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitates GO, UOP, and special training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure the information is understood and absorbed by participants.
  • Applies curriculum design knowledge to provide feedback and support in developing and improving training materials, delivery methods, and overall learner experience.
  • Coaches participants using multi-layer probing techniques to identify root causes and guide them in discovering practical solutions to improve performance and accountability.
  • Supports projects within the L&D team to improve training programs, processes, and team effectiveness.
  • Stays current on learning trends and approaches by completing at least one continuous learning experience in the L&D field annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment; formal training in facilitation skills from a reputable training organization.
  • Bilingual Japanese or Korean preferred.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
