Talent Development Specialist
About the role
We are seeking an energetic Talent Development Specialist to design, facilitate, and elevate our onboarding, leadership, and professional development programs in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting engineers and technicians tackling the planet's greatest energy challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create dynamic workshops and immersive new-hire integration programs to support the company’s mission.
- Partner with passionate business leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials that translate complex technical knowledge into accessible formats.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops tailored to industrial, technical, and engineering teams.
- Collect data, analyze participation metrics, and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve the learning ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in talent development, training coordination, or a closely related HR function.
- PREFERRED: Background supporting technical/manufacturing workforces, familiarity with workforce planning, or talent for instructional design.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Benefits
- Total Rewards Package: Salary range from $66,000 to $88,000, plus annual incentives and performance bonuses.
