Talent Coordinator

The Talent Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of all talent (models & guests) and all its functions, which include: the flow and accuracy of all information pertaining to the live show, maintaining guest management, coordination and support of models, vendors, and on-air guests.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and you will work onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

• You will coordinate and schedule our on-air talent
• Affiliate all talent scheduling for the live show, creative execution, PR, and the digital studio.
• Handle any issues that arise from guests, vendors, and models regarding the on and off-air productions or bookings and providing support to talent before and after going on-air
• Maintain weekly guest itineraries and model schedules by keeping up-to-date information for the production and broadcasting teams
• Provide reliable customer service to all talent
• Communicate and respond to emails and phone calls, confirming on air bookings and appearance details
• Collect, organize, and distribute all information pertaining to or impacting the live shows in which talent is involved
• Communicate changes affecting our live shows

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Television Broadcasting or related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience
• 1+ years experience in a talent agency, scheduling position or broadcast area beneficial
• Customer service background or experience
• Working knowledge of fashion and beauty brands is preferred
