REMOTE Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing)Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptabilityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workloadProactive, organized, and detail-oriented work styleAbility to work against deadlinesA passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationshipsA working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, and/or other tools and technologyResponsibilitiesThis role will heavily focus on the coordination of campaigns through to execution Responsible for handling brand pitches for talentProvide administrative support to the Talent Manager and their talent roster, including managing call notes, reminding talent of deadlines, etc.Project manage and execute partnerships with talent from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, overseeing shipments, and arranging content draft and live datesAttend briefing callsUpdate decks, presentations, and quarterly report documentsInput all campaign details into project management systems as necessaryShow interest in and willingness to highlight talent on the riseParticipate in company-wide initiatives and activitiesCommit to furthering individual industry knowledge and professional growth & development CFG is a remote-first company and an equal opportunity employer.
