About the role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant I-Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant II-Recruiter are responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for assigned nursing ancillary and clinical positions respectively. They serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related needs with their assigned areas, collaborating with leaders to identify recruitment barriers and deliver strategic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify recruitment barriers, uncover opportunities for improvement, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Utilize innovative screening techniques to ensure a qualified applicant pool is referred.
- Coordinate the use of social media and networking groups to actively recruit candidates.
- Utilize digital media, job boards, and other systems to promote the organization and develop talent pipelines with specific recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with key personnel in HR and across the organization to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community and workforce programs to enhance recruitment pipeline.
- Assist with all other MUHA recruitment/sourcing needs.
Requirements
- Talent Acquisition Consultant I-Recruiter: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Talent Acquisition Consultant II-Recruiter: High School Diploma or equivalent GED and (5) years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or (6) years of experience in college recruitment, marketing, project management, sales and/or agency staffing.
Qualifications
- Talent Acquisition Consultant I-Recruiter: Two years of progressively responsible, business or customer service-related experience in a dynamic and diverse environment. Human Resources or payroll experience preferred.
- Talent Acquisition Consultant II-Recruiter: Five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or six years of experience in college recruitment, marketing, project management, sales and/or agency staffing. A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field may substitute for four years of the required work experience. PHR or SHRM certification may be substituted for one year of related work experience.

- Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, working indoors, outdoors in temperature extremes, working from elevated areas, reaching overhead, performing repetitive motions, lifting and carrying objects, reaching in all directions, and performing fine manipulation with fingers and hands.
- Good peripheral vision capabilities, ability to match or discriminate between colors, and ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception.
- Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements, deal effectively with stressful situations, work rotating shifts, work overtime as required, and work in a latex-safe environment.
