Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate and headquarters positions across the organization.
Sources, attracts, and engages qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Builds and maintains diverse talent pipelines, including passive candidates, to support current and future hiring needs.
Conducts candidate sourcing, screening, phone interviews, and initial assessments.
Summarizes interview findings and provides recommendations to hiring managers.
Manages job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms.
Supports hiring efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions from entry-level through mid-management roles.
Determines when external recruiting agencies or third-party resources may be beneficial and coordinates recruiting partnerships.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

Manages candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborates with HR and hiring managers to support a seamless onboarding experience.
Responds to employee and candidate inquiries regarding hiring processes, onboarding, policies, and benefits.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

Manages requisition flow and applicant tracking processes.
Tracks and analyzes recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Ensures compliance with company policies and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
Verifies recruiting documentation and submitted forms for accuracy and completeness.
Supports recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.
Represents GLOVIS America at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
Affords assistance in developing partnerships with local colleges, universities, and trade schools.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
