You will work closely with a variety of global brands and strategic partners to build long-term relationships and create opportunities for our talent. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with global brands and strategic partners
• Create and execute strategies to drive business growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Work closely with talent to understand their needs and develop solutions
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience in the entertainment, media, or technology industries is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Skills

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
