Responsibilities
- Track deliverables across active brand campaigns
- Communicate with brand partners on timelines and approvals
- Manage the talent calendar
- Keep the CRM current
- Identify and draft outreach messages for directed outreach targets
- Ensure closed deals are executed flawlessly
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience at a talent management company, agency, marketing team, or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience communicating with brand partners or clients in a professional capacity
- Obsessively organized and writes emails professionally
- Anticipates tasks and follows up before being asked
- Treats every deadline as non-negotiable
