Key Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining and organizing quality documentation, including SOPs, logs, and records.
- Support compliance with USP , , , and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Afford support during internal audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
- Maintain and track training records and competency assessments.
- Document deviations, incidents, and corrective actions (CAPAs).
- Monitor and update environmental monitoring, cleaning logs, and equipment records.
- Participate in change control processes and document updates.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and leadership on quality-related projects.
- Report quality concerns or potential compliance issues to management.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, laboratory, or regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of USP standards and pharmacy regulations is advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
- The ability to handle confidential information appropriately is required.
