About the role
The Parasol Partner Support Associate works directly with end customers of our authorized integrators, providing world-class customer service and handling inquiries, account support, and billing questions.
Responsibilities
- Provide every customer with world-class customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls
- Aid integrators with general questions, account support, and billing questions
- Listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns
- Accurately input customer data and leave detailed notes
- Utilize resources and multi-task through them as needed
- Pick up new technologies quickly and have a keen eye for detail
- Meet expectations in monthly KPIs identified by organization
- Meet required schedule adherence guidelines as identified by organization
Requirements
- 1+ year Customer Service experience
- Comfortable working full-time hours between 8am-8pm ET, with the possibility on weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
You must be able to pick up new technologies quickly and have a keen eye for detail. You must also be able to meet required schedule adherence guidelines as identified by organization.
Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or Zendesk is valued.
