Talent Assistant

Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP · Charlotte, NC · 2 wk ago
On-siteLegalFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Parker Poe" description, but we should not repeat job title. Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About Parker Poe (firm description) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About Parker Poe" is about firm, not role. Could be "About the role" maybe not present. We have Position Summary, Essential Duties And Responsibilities, Qualifications, Traits for Success. Also mention opportunities for overtime, etc. No explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, cookie/navigation/legal etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: Position Summary (maybe as About the role?), Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Responsibilities), Qualifications (maybe Requirements/Qualifications), Traits for Success (maybe Skills?). But we must follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content to these headings if appropriate. However we should not create headings without content. So we need to decide which headings have content. We have Position Summary: could go under About the role. That seems appropriate: description of role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Responsibilities. Qualifications: could be Requirements (or Qualifications). The posting has "Qualifications" heading with bullet-like list. Also there is "Traits for Success" which could be Skills. We should not repeat job title as heading. So we will not add a heading for the job title. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: About Parker Poe: description of firm. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we can include as part of About the role (role context). The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have About the role heading and include firm description plus position summary. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications and Traits? But we have separate Qualifications and Traits for Success. Could map Qualifications to Requirements, and Traits for Success to Skills. We must not invent content like "commensurate with experience". We'll only include what's present. Let's gather details: About Parker Poe (firm description): "Parker Poe is a business law firm that advises clients on the decisions that define them and the moments in between.
