Quality Assistant

Responsibilities

• Interacts with auditors, customers, suppliers and internal departments to assist in resolving daily issues which includes setting steps to prevent re-occurrence
• Enter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for NCR's to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer requests, NCR's, reports
• Enter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Company Improvement to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer requests, NCR's, reports
• Enter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Training to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer requests, NCR's, reports
• Monitor the creating and maintaining of Controlled Technique Sheets & Frozen Planning
• Create and maintain documents
• Filing and/or Data Entry to assist Lab, Calibration, Controlled Certification of Materials, Customer Interaction, Customer Surveys
• Monitor Customer Approvals database
• Back-up functions provided by Calibration, Controlled Purchasing and Quality Manager
• Perform Spec review / Gap Analysis, create and maintain procedures, forms and systems applicable to the process
• Train and Assist Inspectors
• Audit Preparation
• Review of non-compliance parts and issues and perform root cause corrective action process

Qualifications

• Requires a multitasked individual capable of ascertaining root cause through investigation.
• All actions must be customer oriented – External as well as internal

Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per Hour
