Responsibilities
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Build tactical and strategic relationships with schools in your assigned market to promote brand awareness and showcase Proud Moments as the employer of choice
- Performs other duties and supports other markets as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on healthcare or high-volume roles (agency or in-house)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences
- Prowess in evaluating candidate fit and aligning talent with organizational needs
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A mission-driven mindset and genuine interest in supporting the care and development of children with Autism
