Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Team is looking for an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and elevate our employer brand in support of a growing, service-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Works with HR Department leadership to design and implement overall recruitment strategy;
• Facilitates all phases of the recruitment process;
• Oversees processing of employee data into various systems ensuring timely and accurate entry to maintain data integrity;
• Maintains recruitment files and follows appropriate retention schedules.

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associates’ Degree from an accredited college with major course work in human resources administration, business management, or related field and progressively responsible experience (5+ years) in human resources;
• Experience in talent acquisition and applicant tracking systems is strongly desired;
• Experience with payroll entry and proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) strongly preferred;
• Possession of a recognized certification in the Human Resources field is preferred, such as: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), International Public Management Association (IPMA-HR).
