Responsibilities
- Clock-in and clock-out new hires
- Maintain employee records and files in accordance with company and legal requirements
- Support recruiters and HR professionals with administrative tasks
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Avoid errors and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Help drive a positive candidate and employee experience
Requirements
- Strong administrative and customer service experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Educational background preferred: Associate's degree in Business or a related field
- Preferred qualifications: Human Resources experience, Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft and reporting/query tools

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
