Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary 6-Month Assignment)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and drive efficient hiring decisions.
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing and networking.
  • Cook up and facilitate the interview process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize Workday Recruiter to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting activity.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels within an organization.
  • Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiter experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver qualified candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
