We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have content about role description, duties, qualifications, perks/benefits, pay range, schedule (Monday-Friday office, remote not available). Also location: Olivette, MO. Should we include location in About the role? Probably as part of description. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. So include: - About the role: summary paragraph describing role, representing employer brand, full life cycle recruitment, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties (bulleted). Use
  • . - Requirements/Qualifications: maybe combine? The posting has "Qualifications" section and also "Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter Qualifications". We'll treat as Qualifications. Could also have Requirements separate but we can just have Qualifications. - Skills: maybe list of skills like self-motivated, adaptable, relationship-builder, detail-oriented, team-oriented, collaborative, strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, flexibility, occasional off-hours availability. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: list of perks: competitive salary range $50k-$60k + performance bonus eligibility, medical/dental/vision/life insurance and more. Also mention award winning team etc? That's more about company but could be in About the role or separate? Probably Benefits. - Pay: we have salary range; but Benefits already includes salary. However we could separate Pay section with salary range. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into Benefits? But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Pay is specific: salary range. Benefits also specific: insurance etc. Could have both Pay and Benefits sections. - Schedule: Monday-Friday office, remote not available. So Schedule section. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions. We must not include EEO etc. Let's extract content. Original text: "Are you a people-person with a knack for spotting talent? Do you dream of connecting amazing folks with fantastic opportunities? MILITARY VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!" We need to remove EEO etc. So cut out the equal opportunity paragraph and military veterans line. Also remove "Why Join AccuCare?" maybe keep as part of About the role? It's promotional but substantive. Could keep as part of About the role. We need to avoid duplication: The initial paragraph repeats some content. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We are an equal opportunity employer". We removed that. Check for any duplicated content: The "Why Join AccuCare?" and award winning team we omitted; maybe we could include a brief About the role paragraph that mentions award-winning team? But we omitted; maybe it's okay as not essential. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The award winning team is substantive; we should include it somewhere. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the company". But we only allowed headings from list; we could add to About the role. Let's incorporate award-winning team info into About the role. Add: "AccuCare has earned multiple awards including Home Care Pulse “Employer of Choice” (2022‑2024), “Provider of Choice” and “Leader in Experience” (2024), “Leader in Training” (2023‑2024), Small Business Monthly “2022 Top Winning Workplace”, and the 2022 BBB Torch Award for Ethics." Thus About the role paragraph becomes longer. Also we might include "We support, train and reward individuals..." that's also substantive; could be part of About the role. Let's incorporate that. Revised About the role:

AccuCare Home Health of St. Louis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to represent the employer brand, create a great candidate experience, and own the full life‑cycle recruitment process for positions across the company.
