Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring goals, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment laws and applicant tracking requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing and a strong focus on delivering quality hires within established timelines.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Experience with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and internet recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, report metrics, and forecast headcount needs.
- Functional assessment knowledge to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing and healthcare/pharmaceutical recruitment.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist I's Responsibilities Will Be
- Manage open job requisitions and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Pre-screen candidates and build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback from stakeholders.
- Report on recruiting metrics, market trends, and forecasting data.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and applicant tracking requirements.
- Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning goals.
