About the role
You will manage the recruiting process for assigned areas and regions, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience managing regional recruiting processes. In this role, you will maintain and update recruiting activity reports to support transparency and informed decision making, maintain recruiting activity reports, build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely recruitment operations, ensure the utilization of approved vendors and recruitment tools to uphold consistency, compliance, and quality, utilize the Applicant Tracking System as your primary tool for facilitating efficient and accurate recruitment activities, and develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for commonly needed positions to support ongoing workforce readiness.
Responsibilities
- Implement Strategic Staffing initiatives and projects that ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled talent
- Review internal compensation data and collaborate with regional Human Resources partners to create competitive and equitable offers
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that supports your professional foundation
- Bring at least five years of high volume recruiting experience with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experienced in candidate sourcing and data mining through Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and career fairs
- Showcase strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and consultative abilities, with familiarity in Taleo, Cornerstone, and employment law as added strengths
- Demonstrate the ability to brainstorm and execute creative recruiting strategies for challenging locations
