About the role
A temporary position with potential for a permanent role, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at the client's location.
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Utilize ADP/RM knowledge as applicable
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role
- Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to pass a background check before starting
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
