Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Deliver consistent and personalized outreach that attracts and engages top-tier candidates
  • Post, manage, and optimize job ads on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone and video
  • Cook up interviews, offers, and start dates with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in an ATS
  • Meet weekly hiring goals and time-to-fill expectations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a direct recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in a staffing agency environment
  • Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting with multiple active requisitions
  • Strong working knowledge of Indeed, resume databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with education, healthcare, or school-based roles such as RBT, BCBA, SLP, OT, or support staff
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
