Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring needs in the Accounting and Finance sector.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify the key competencies required for each role.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Implement and maintain talent management and performance management strategies to ensure the retention of top talent.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work, from maintaining accurate records to ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hiring for the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong experience in managing and participating in recruitment events such as career fairs and job fairs.
• Excellent interviewing skills with a keen ability to assess candidate fit for various roles.
• Solid experience in talent management and performance management strategies.
• Strong employee relations skills with the ability to address issues promptly and professionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
