Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for construction and corporate positions, including project managers, superintendents, engineers, and support staff. They will partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand workforce needs and create effective recruiting strategies, source and attract qualified candidates, screen candidates, and coordinate interview processes.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction or general contracting industry
- Previous experience recruiting at an agency focused on construction or corporate hiring with construction general contractors/subcontractors
- Experience using ATS systems such as Oracle (ORC) or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions or difficult-to-fill roles like superintendents and project managers
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or niche industry databases
