About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, as well as managing the entire hiring lifecycle from start to finish. Your primary goal is to attract top talent and ensure that we hire the best fit for our company culture and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule and conduct final interviews
  • Managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and networks
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting and hiring

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and other relevant software
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
