About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Financial Advisor Recruiting, plays a critical role in supporting Trajan Wealth’s growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced Financial Advisors nationwide. This position owns the full-cycle recruiting process for advisor talent and works closely with leadership to build strategic pipelines that support expansion initiatives. This position is 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Financial Advisors both locally and nationally.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive advisor talent.
- Partner with leadership on advisor hiring objectives and growth initiatives.
- Conduct screenings to evaluate advisor experience, production history, and cultural fit.
- Communicate Trajan Wealth’s value proposition and transition opportunities.
- Maintain ATS records, reporting, and recruiting documentation.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and offer negotiations.
- Attend industry events and support advisor recruitment marketing efforts.
