Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the recruitment field, gaining valuable experience in candidate sourcing, ATS usage, screening, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific internal roles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, providing support throughout the interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in posting position openings on job boards and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Create and maintain an employee referral network to maximize hiring needs.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Required experience in ABA recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Must be able to work onsite daily and possess a willingness to collaborate with other staff members.

Pay

$50,000 - $65,000 / year
