We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Representative 2 to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent. This position involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the organization attracts high-quality professionals. Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to assess prospective employees and identify suitable candidates for various roles.
• Refer job applicants to specific job openings based on their skills and experience.
• Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, and personal qualifications.
• Prepare applicant ratings, make salary recommendations, and provide candidates with information about the company.
• Administer tests, interpret results, and check references to ensure candidate suitability.
• Coordinate transportation for selected applicants and extend formal job offers.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and vendors to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of professional experience; Master’s Degree candidates require 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make sound recommendations.
• Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, as required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
