Job Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Programs Partner to support internal mobility, early‑career hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition operations. This role complements our external RPO and plays a critical part in improving internal hiring, intern conversions, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement across the organization. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader.
- Manage full-cycle internal recruiting for approximately 80–100 internal hires annually, including intake, sourcing, interviews, and offer processing.
- Lead intern conversion strategy and manage ~40–50 intern-to-full-time offers each year.
- Provide seasonal support for intern recruiting (80–100 interns annually), partnering closely with the Intern Program Manager.
- Serve as the onboarding lead for all sites, delivering new hire orientation in Denver and supporting onboarding focals across the company.
- Own and optimize the employee referral program, including communications, tracking, and candidate experience.
- Oversee candidate experience programs and own new-hire feedback loops through Qualtrics surveys; provide insights to TA leadership.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide TA guidance, intake support, and best-practice coaching.
- Lead Talent Acquisition operations initiatives, including SOPs, workflow improvements, and process documentation.
- Create and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve referral processing, onboarding workflows, internal mobility, reporting, and communications.
- Support strategic TA programs and initiatives that modernize TA capabilities as the organization scales.
Required Education
Bachelor
Required Years of Experience
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent programs, HR operations, or related areas.
- Experience with internal recruiting, onboarding, or early-career programs preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Ability to present, facilitate, and support new hire orientations.
- Comfort with reporting, analytics, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and survey tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
