Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM
Position Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruiting process from intake meeting through accepted offer for a full, independent requisition portfolio spanning individual contributor through senior leadership roles
- Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and search strategy before a requisition launches
- Leverage social media and professional platforms to build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, promote open roles, and represent the CENTEGIX employer brand where great candidates spend their time
- Conduct resume review, screening interviews, and candidate assessments; manage interview logistics and ensure a structured, consistent evaluation process
- Offer execution within established frameworks
- Build and extend offers in partnership with hiring managers, aligning to internal salary bands and overall compensation guidelines set by the VP, Talent and Enablement
- Negotiate standard offers within approved bands; escalate exceptions, out-of-band requests, and complex negotiations to the VP with full candidate context
- Partner with People Operations to ensure a seamless handoff at offer acceptance, transferring candidate context and documentation for an excellent employee experience and first day
- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers on market conditions, role calibration, interview best practices, and candidate evaluation, sharing market observations from active searches to inform calibration and search strategy
- Coach interviewers and hiring teams on structured interviewing and candidate experience standards
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely communication at every stage, including structured disposition communications appropriate to how far each candidate progressed
- Partner with Marketing on job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer brand content
Recruiting operations and process improvement
- Maintain structured interview plans, application questions, and screening criteria within the system
- Track and report hiring metrics including time to fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements as the recruiting function scales, including supporting ATS optimization and migration initiatives
- Manage contractor hiring and onboarding coordination where business initiatives require flexible capacity
Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle tech recruiting: Requires experience in fast-paced, scaling SaaS or technology environments.
- Full-cycle search mastery: Manages the entire process from hiring manager intake to final offer across multiple functions.
- GTM recruitment expertise: Demands a proven track record recruiting for revenue organizations, specifically Sales, Government Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Tech and AI fluent: Comfortably adopts new technology, including AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and outreach automation tools.
- Passive talent sourcing: Demonstrates advanced capability in direct outreach and engaging high-quality passive candidates.
- Structured compensation execution: Partners with leadership to successfully extend and negotiate offers within established salary bands.
- Consultative manager partnership: Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market calibration, interview design, and evaluation.
- ATS and operations knowledge: Proficient with applicant tracking systems; background in ATS implementation or optimization is highly valued.
- Compliant hiring champion: Possesses a solid understanding of employment law fundamentals and structured interviewing best practices.
- Agile workload management: Displays exceptional organizational skills to manage a full, shifting independent requisition portfolio calmly.
