Our mission is to solve some of the hardest problems in tech, and we need strategic Talent Acquisition Partners to help us attract and hire the best GTM talent globally.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll attract and hire top GTM talent worldwide. This role requires a commercial mindset, viewing Talent Acquisition as a strategic function. You’ll partner with senior leaders across global hubs, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure we have the right people to market and sell Aiven’s products. Based in Ireland or Austin, TX, you’ll navigate the challenge of finding high-caliber talent at scale, leveraging world-class data dashboards and custom tooling to improve the candidate journey. You’ll also have access to Claude for vibe-coding and participate in hackathons to scope and design features.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the entire hiring process from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating and closing offers.
- Focus on attracting top talent globally, requiring a deep understanding of local talent markets and creative engagement with passive candidates.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Maintain a team-first approach, supporting a small, lean team that collaborates closely.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong track record of hiring for GTM roles in fast-paced tech companies.
- Deep expertise in global hiring, with an understanding that different cultures require tailored approaches.
- Ability to quickly become a trusted partner to hiring managers and go above and beyond for candidates.
- Fluency in English is a must.
