About the role

As a Sales Recruiter for US Commercial hiring, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our revenue-generating teams. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our commercial candidates, ensuring we attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent across our Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Enablement divisions. This role is perfect for a highly driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at hitting high-volume hiring targets while building high-performing sales organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for US Commercial roles, from initial hiring manager intake and application screening to final offer negotiation and closing.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively source and build robust pipelines of passive and active sales talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to US commercial leaders, managing expectations, leading weekly pipeline reviews, and aligning recruitment efforts with overarching business goals.
  • High-Volume Execution: Consistently meet and exceed high-volume hiring targets without compromising on candidate quality or the overall candidate experience.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records within our ATS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Hiring Manager Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for US business leaders on commercial compensation benchmarking, competitor insights, and talent availability.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Enablement roles within the US market (either in-house or via a specialist agency).
  • Volume Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage high requisition loads and hit aggressive hiring targets while maintaining a "high-touch" candidate experience.
  • Assessment Skills: Deep understanding of how to evaluate sales acumen, including assessing quota attainment track records, sales methodologies, and overall commercial readiness.
  • Pipeline Strategy: Highly organized with a relentless approach to outbound sourcing and continuous pipeline generation to stay ahead of hiring needs.
  • Communication: A persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator who can successfully close competitive candidates and influence senior internal stakeholders.
  • Location: Based in Dallas or New York, in-office at least 3 days a week, with the ability to support hiring needs across various US time zones.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the US Commercial and Sales talent landscape.
  • Excellent written English and professional verbal communication.
