What You'll Do

  • Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across multiple geographies and time zones (Europe & the US)
  • Leverage networks, market intelligence, and advanced tools to source top-notch candidates
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical roles; nurture relationships to ensure long-term engagement and readiness
  • Demonstrate ability to engage with senior and C-suite candidates, maintain their interest throughout the recruitment process, and deliver a premium candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations; adapt sourcing strategies proactively to ensure competitive advantage
  • Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and market insights; push for decisions to secure top talent without delay
  • Track, manage, and report against recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
  • Take part in several initiatives in the People & Culture area, improve our practices and ways of working
  • Effectively manage scheduling and communication across assigned time zones to ensure seamless candidate and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition, managing processes end-to-end, and with proven success in hiring for GTM roles across various markets
  • At least 1 year of agency experience
  • Experience in the Adtech / Martech / SaaS companies in hyper-growth phase are extremely desirable
  • Can-do approach
  • The ability to build cross-functional relationships and to work under pressure, with different teams and time zones
  • Strong knowledge of direct search methodologies & techniques, and recruitment best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment across Europe, including familiarity with regional cultural nuances
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level) are a must; additional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese is an asset
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms (we use Lever), and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
