Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Partner with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance, communication, and accountability throughout the hiring process
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent in competitive markets
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver a positive, engaging, and transparent candidate experience from first contact through hire
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and effective hiring decisions
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring outcomes
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or technical industries
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
