Talent Acquisition Partner - Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, retail and fulfillment roles
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches with urgency and prioritization
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner with leaders to translate business needs into hiring plans
  • Align recruiting activity with approved headcount and staffing priorities
  • Provide market insight on talent availability, competitiveness, and timelines
  • Build and maintain structured hiring processes (interview stages, panels, scorecards)
  • Drive consistency, speed and quality of hiring decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and job boards
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and critical roles
  • Leverage modern sourcing tools, including AI-enabled solutions
  • Align with managers on role scope, candidate profiles, and success criteria
  • Coach interviewers on effective evaluation and decision-making
  • Reinforce accountability to hiring standards and process discipline
  • Lead high-volume hiring for store and warehouse operations
  • Support seasonal hiring to ensure operational readiness during peak periods
  • Own recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates)
  • Maintain ATS integrity (Paylocity) and ensure accurate reporting
  • Provide regular hiring updates and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure recruiting compliance with federal, state and city regulations across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in fast paced experience
  • Experience hiring across both corporate salaried roles and hourly associate level roles
  • Experience hiring in retail, hospitality, warehouse and e-commerce environments - highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Proactive outreach etc)
  • Experience in CA and NY markets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through
  • Proven experience building a
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (Paylocity, BambooHR, JobScore or similar)
