Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of mostly exempt-level roles, primarily engineering and highly technical roles.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
• Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and other local events.
• Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop a strategy to increase talent pool.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions.
• Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates.
• Aid in the on-boarding process for new hires.
• Participate in organizational wide improvement projects.
• Help with company-wide engagement events.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruiting or related field.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles required.
• Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information.
• Knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent.
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
