Job Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment of mostly exempt-level roles, primarily engineering and highly technical roles.
- Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
- Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and other local events.
- Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Develop a strategy to increase talent pool.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions.
- Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates.
- Aid in the on-boarding process for new hires.
- Participate in organizational wide improvement projects.
- Help with company-wide engagement events.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruiting or related field.
- Experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles required.
- Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information.
- Knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent.
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
