Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist
About the role
A Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist at Western & Southern serves as the initial point of contact for candidates and new associates, supporting the onboarding process through scheduling, coordination, and answering questions. This role involves working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and gaining exposure to various HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Schedule drug tests and background checks for new hires
- Coordinate the completion of new hire paperwork
- Monitor the onboarding process to ensure all steps are completed
- Provide information and answer questions from candidates, associates, and management
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting and retaining top talent
- Gain exposure to HR functions within the company
