About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! This is a true jack-of-all-trades recruiting role where you’ll lead full-cycle hiring across a wide range of functions—from plant leadership and engineering to sales, finance, marketing, and internships. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners while delivering a seamless, relationship-driven candidate experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, leverage modern recruiting technology (including Workday and AI tools), and make a direct impact on hiring success across corporate and manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for 22–25 salaried roles at a time (with flexibility during peak hiring periods)
- Lead intake meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination
- Present top candidates and partner closely with hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Support the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high-quality, responsive experience
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders across corporate and plant operations
- Post jobs and manage requisitions in Workday ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Partner with HR Shared Services to coordinate checks, drug screens, and onboarding steps
- Utilize AI tools and data insights within Workday to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes
- Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring activity (using tools like Power BI)
- Provide regular updates and insights to business leaders
- Support hiring across multiple functions including corporate teams, U.S. plants, Lean teams, and internships
- Collaborate with global teams, including Latin America, to support international recruitment efforts
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and job fairs
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience supporting salaried roles (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance, marketing, plant leadership)
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes
