Talent Acquisition HR Generalist

Lone Mountain Ranch is seeking a Talent Acquisition HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in attracting and hiring exceptional talent, ensuring a positive onboarding experience, and supporting overall employee engagement.

• Recruiting: Lead recruiting efforts for seasonal and year-round positions across multiple departments. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and identify hiring needs. Source candidates through various channels and guide the hiring process.
• Onboarding & Employee Engagement: Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events. Assist with uniform and onboarding material distribution.
• HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Utilize HR technology to support efficient operations. Assist with policy administration, reporting, communications, and compliance.
• Supporting Our Teams: Provide day-to-day HR support and practical guidance. Collaborate across departments to support hiring, onboarding, and employee success. Take ownership of tasks and seek solutions to challenges.

This role requires a minimum of five years of professional work experience, including successful recruiting and hiring, onboarding, and HR operations. Experience with HRIS platforms and a passion for improving systems and creating outstanding employee experiences are bonuses.
