Talent Acquisition Coordinator (REMOTE - EASTERN TIMEZONE)

About the role

Provides regional administrative, entry level recruitment and on-boarding support to the local Talent Acquisition teams, by delivering an exceptional service to the hiring managers, internal colleagues and external applicants, while complying with the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
• Provides recruitment coordination support, including but not limited to, applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry level positions or high volume openings.
• In partnership with System Office HRSC Candidate Support team, follows up with candidates regarding candidacy status and outcome of interview/selection process.
• Schedules interview dates, health screens, arranges candidate travel logistics, and orientation events.
• Coordinates with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for tasks required to be done on-site (i.e., finger printing, I-9 verification, badge photos).
• Compiles and prepares regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities.
• Coordinates local and regional recruiting events and maintains event calendar.
• Assists colleagues, department managers and Talent Acquisition team with basic and moderately complex recruitment issues (i.e., Workday TA module technical support and assistance, candidate status in the process, TA process questions). Provides prompt solutions, highly responsive and superior customer service to inquiries and requests. Successfully builds relationships remotely.
• Processes and tracks billing statements/invoices.
• Maintains knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies and culture of the unit/organization in order to market/recruit/source appropriate applicants.
